Privacy policy

Your data,
no fine print.

Here’s what data we receive when you visit this site, request a quote or chat with our assistant; what we use it for, who it’s shared with and how you can ask us to see, correct or delete it.

Who is responsible

Strategika Agency is a brand of iPlus International LLC, a company incorporated in California, United States. iPlus International LLC is responsible for the personal data we receive through this site, the assistant and our contact channels.

For any question or request about your data, contact us:

What data we collect and when

When you request a quote

The form sends us:

  • Your name and your WhatsApp number.
  • What you need (the option you choose) and, if you write one, your message.
  • The page and the button you sent the request from.
  • Where you came to the site from, if there’s campaign data: the parameters in the address (such as utm_source or utm_campaign), ad click identifiers (such as Google’s gclid or Meta’s fbclid), the page you entered on and the site that linked to you.
  • Your IP address and your browser and device type, which are recorded when we receive the request.

When you use the AI assistant

The site’s assistant (in the floating button and on the assistant page) receives what you type. We save:

  • Every message you write, with its date and time.
  • A conversation identifier, your IP address and your browser and device type.
  • Any contact or project details you include in your messages, such as email, phone, name, company, budget or timeline. An AI model detects them and we save them as a contact request.

Please don’t share sensitive information in the chat, such as health information, bank details or passwords.

When you message us on WhatsApp or email us

We receive whatever you choose to share: your number or email address, your profile name and the content of your messages.

When you browse the site

Our analytics tools record how the site is used: pages visited, where you came from, device and browser type, approximate location, load times and actions such as opening WhatsApp or submitting the form. We explain this in Cookies and analytics.

We don’t ask for payment details or identity documents on the site.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request, message you on WhatsApp and prepare a proposal or quote.
  • To answer your questions in the assistant and follow up if you left us a way to contact you.
  • To organize follow-up: an AI model gives each assistant conversation a priority level based on what you write. We only use it to organize our work; we don’t use it to make decisions with legal effects on you.
  • To learn which campaigns, ads and pages bring in requests, so we can improve the site and our advertising.
  • To keep the site running, secure and free of automated submissions (spam).
  • To comply with legal obligations when applicable.

We don’t use your messages to train artificial intelligence models.

By submitting the form or writing in the assistant, you authorize us to use your data for these purposes. You can withdraw that authorization whenever you want; we explain how in Your rights.

Who we share it with

We only share data with the providers that make the site and our contact channels work. Each one receives what it needs to do its job:

  • Vercel: hosts the site and processes the connections from your browser, including your IP address. It also provides Vercel Web Analytics.
  • Supabase: the database where we store form requests and assistant conversations.
  • Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock): processes the assistant’s messages with Claude, an artificial intelligence model by Anthropic, to answer you and detect contact details. It also uses an Amazon model to find the information about our services that best answers your question.
  • Resend: emails us a notice of each new request.
  • Internal notification tools: if we have them turned on, we receive a copy of each form request in a work tool (for example, a messaging channel or a spreadsheet) so we can reply faster.
  • Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads): measures visits and the results of our campaigns. We explain this in Cookies and analytics.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): when we continue the conversation on WhatsApp, your messages are also governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Several of these providers operate in the United States, so your data may be processed outside your country.

We may also share data when a law or a competent authority requires it.

We don't sell your personal data

We don’t sell or rent your personal data. We also don’t give your name, your number or your messages to other companies so they can offer you their products.

What we do share with Google is the information needed to measure our ads, as we explain below.

Cookies and analytics

When you visit the site, three analytics tools load:

  • Google Analytics 4: records page views, where you came from (including campaign data), device and browser, approximate location, load times and actions such as opening WhatsApp or submitting the form. It uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_*.
  • Google Ads tag: tells us whether a visit that came from a Google ad ended in a request or a WhatsApp message. It uses cookies such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw. When you submit the form, the tag also receives your WhatsApp number, which your browser turns into a code (hash) before sending it to Google, to match the request with the ad. We don’t send Google your name or your messages.
  • Vercel Web Analytics: counts visits and page views in aggregate. It doesn’t use cookies.

Google uses this data under its own rules. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

What we store in your browser

  • Where you came from the first and the last time (campaign data, click identifiers, entry page and referring site). We stop using it after 90 days, and it only reaches us if you submit the form.
  • On the assistant page, an identifier to group your messages into the same conversation.

This is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in cookies. You can delete it whenever you want by clearing this site’s data.

How to block or turn off analytics

  • In your browser settings you can block or delete cookies and site data. The site will keep working.
  • To stop Google Analytics from recording your visits, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • To control personalized Google ads, go to Google’s ad settings.
  • Many ad blockers also stop these tools from loading.

How long we keep it

We keep form requests and assistant conversations for as long as the conversation or business relationship with you lasts, and up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If we work together, we may keep the data the law requires us to keep for longer, for example for accounting or tax purposes.

Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics and under Google’s and Vercel’s policies. What’s stored in your browser stays there until you delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for:

  • Access: to know what data we have about you and get a copy.
  • Correction: to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: to delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.
  • Objection and withdrawal: to have us stop using your data for a purpose, or to withdraw the authorization you gave us.

We respect these rights no matter where you write to us from. If you’re in Colombia, Law 1581 of 2012 lets you know, update, correct and delete your data, revoke your authorization and file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio). In Mexico they’re known as ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition). If you’re in El Salvador or you’re a California resident, you can also ask us to tell you what data we have, correct it or delete it. Exercising your rights doesn’t change how we treat you.

How to exercise them

Email us at info@strategikaagency.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (510) 926-9912 (United States) or +503 7516 0691 (Latin America). Tell us what you need and the name and number you contacted us with. If you used the assistant without leaving your details, tell us the approximate date and something you wrote so we can find the conversation.

We may ask for additional information to confirm the request is yours. We’ll reply within the time limits set by the applicable law. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data:

  • The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
  • Only the people at Strategika who handle your request can see your data, in a dashboard that requires signing in.

Even so, no system is completely secure and we can’t guarantee absolute security. If an incident affects your data, we’ll act to contain it and let you know when the law requires it.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We don’t seek to receive data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent us their data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or the way we use data change. We’ll publish each version on this page with its update date.
